Some Abreviations You Should Learn
ASAP, CC, ENC, PP, PS, PTO, RSVP. Learn here what all this abreviations mean.

Carbon copy, which is used if the corresondence is going to more than one person. |

ENC |

Enclosure, which is used if you are including additional papers with the original letter. |

PP |

Per Procurationem, which means you are signing the letter for someone else as they are unavailable to sign it themselves. This is a Latin term. |

Postscript, which means you had a thought you want to add at the end of the letter. Usually written after the signature beginning on the left-hand side as in the body of the letter. |

Please turn over. This informal abbreviation lets the reader know there is a continuation of the letter on the backside of the paper |
