Dear [Recipients Name],

I have to sadly let you know that , I shall be leaving your organization very shortly. Not that I did not like working in this particular office, but since the salary at the other organization was pretty high, therefore I have decided this step of getting transferred/taking up the new job at this new office.

I am very grateful that you have provided me with all the possible opportunities and that I could help you out in some major projects as well. The new organization where I would be going shall be providing me with newer ventures to move into and would thus let me make more use of my degree in computers. I have made suitable back ups on DVD's and done the appropriate labeling. If there is a new trainee, I can help you train him, till the time I'd be here.

Sincerely,
