I have listed for you a few of his more recent accomplishments.
*Darren was top salesman of the quarter the last four quarters running. He earned a combined bonus of $10,000 for the past twelve months which is generously divided among his teammates.
*He headed up the Award Seminar held last October, booking the halls, the caterer, the entertainment and MCing the whole show. All of this was done while his sales numbers went up an entire 2%.
*He taught at our most recent training sessions. The students said he taught them ways of moving product they had never thought of before.
