I have just taken receipt of six Sarsons ceramic figures. Upon the opening of the box though, it appears at some point the figures have been dropped on the floor. All seem to have lost their heads. In perfect condition they should not look like individuals who have had a date with the guillotine. In addition there appears only to be the remnants of five figures in the box.
I would request a delivery of replacement figures as soon as possible. I have not sent back the broken figures but will do so if required. I look forward to a satisfactory outcome of this issue.
