How to Write Congratulation Letters
The letter of congratulations is also for both business and personal use, with its main purpose being to applaud the achievements or efforts of someone.
Congratulation letters must be written quickly after an event of good fortune happens. They must have a positive tone without any negative or unhappy comments. Begin your letter by stating the occasion which motivated the congratulations letter.
Praise the person's accomplishment in the body of the congratulation letter. Keep the letter short, concise and simple --generally less than one page.
Do not ask for any type of benefit from the fortunate event. Make sure your letter is not exaggerated or sarcastic in order to make sure you do not come off as having a mocking tone.
