Purchasing online and shopping cart issues

The SampleLettersWorld.com shopping cart system is a typical online e-commerce experience with one difference: immediately upon the completion of your transaction, you will have the opportunity to access online the content according to your subscription or download the documents purchase, either from the Invoice/Transaction Confirmation Page on our website, from “My Account” in the section “My Orders” or from the DOWNLOAD email that is sent to your email address.

Read through the questions and/or information requests on each page, selecting the appropriate drop down menues or filling in the form fields as directed. When you are asked to present your billing address information, remember that this information is still required even though the software products are downloadable; the credit card processing company needs to verify the billing address provided prior to authorizing your transaction.

NOTE THAT ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CREDIT CARD DATA IS 100% SECURE AND ENCRYPTED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS!

If you purchased a downloadable product you will receive a DOWNLOAD email at the email address you used during the transaction process; you can also access the software download from the links provided in this email.

It is the goal of SLW to make the shopping process as clear and simple as possible. So long as you read the information presented on the page, purchasing SLW Software and accessing the software download should be fairly simple.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with Paypal and Google-Checkout as payment gateways. If you do not have an account with them, you can also pay through them with Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?

If purchased a subscription or a downloadable product your credit card will be charged the day after your purchase has been placed.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as: "SLW.com"

Do I have to pay sales tax or VAT?

We do not charge sales tax for orders within USA.

Pursuant to the European Union Digital VAT Directive, as of July 1, 2003, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software at 15%.

Can I order without a credit card?

If you have an account with Paypal or Google-Checkout you can order without a Credit Card.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

You can search our site for a particular sample letter, selecting a specific category and subject or topic. You can also use our Full Text Search to search every sample in our database by Keyword.

The purchase process is simple, and the software required is free. Our friendly Support staff are also on hand to help if you encounter any difficulties.

How do I get access to the sample letters?

There are two ways to find the sample letters you are looking for;

Choose the category and purchase the downloadable document Subscribe to an Access-Level that contains the category you are looking for.

That's all there is to it! Download instructions will be sent to you via email within a few minutes.

What happens after I purchase?

You are now ready to download your Documents.

You have immediate access to the content you paid for

Once I have purchased a downloadable product, will it always be available?

Downloadable products are available to download from our site for 90 days after the data of purchase. If you are receiving an error message within 90 days of purchase, please contact our Support Staff who will be happy to reset the access for you.

What currency are the prices in?

All the prices on the website are in US Dollars
